BayPalace Jamaica is located in Runaway Bay, Saint Ann. The villa offers breathtaking ocean views and is in a private residential area. You’ll have easy access to Flavors Beach (5 min), Scotchies Restaurant (10 min), and Plantation Cove. Top attractions like Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain are all within a 20-minute drive.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes.

No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see includes all taxes, the cleaning fee, and standard amenities. Any optional services, like a private chef or airport transfers, are clearly quoted and arranged only with your prior approval.

The rental includes a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, towels (including beach towels), starter toiletries, laundry facilities, and parking. All standard amenities are provided. Food is not included but can be arranged upon request both before and after your check-in.

We offer keyless entry for your convenience, but a team member is always on-site to welcome you. Standard check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
